Most UAE companies track expiry dates in a spreadsheet somebody has to remember to open. Madriat keeps the same list, reads the dates itself every morning, and emails the right person before anything runs out.
Why a spreadsheet is not enough
A spreadsheet only works on the days somebody looks at it. Dates slip past during leave, handovers and busy months — and a lapsed UAE document is rarely a single problem, because the renewals depend on each other.
A residence visa will not renew without valid health insurance. A trade licence will not renew without a valid Ejari. An expired establishment card stops every new employment visa. Madriat tracks all of them in one place, so the chain is visible before one link breaks the next.
What Madriat does with the dates
- Nothing while a document has more than 60 days left — three months out is not news.
- An email every third day from 60 days out, to the person responsible for it.
- Every morning at 07:00 Gulf time from 20 days out.
- Three times a day — 07:00, 12:00 and 17:00 — in the last 5 days, and after expiry until it is renewed.
- Inside the last 10 days it goes to everyone on the account, or the department manager, flagged urgent.
