A spreadsheet only works on the days somebody opens it.
Dates slip past during leave, handovers and busy months. Madriat keeps the same list, reads it every morning, and emails the person responsible before anything expires — every third day from 60 days out, every morning from 20, three times a day in the last five.
This very file uploads into it. The column names in the template are the ones Madriat reads, so nothing has to be rearranged.

Is it really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no email address, no watermark. Download it and use it however you like.
What is in it?
Two sheets — one row per employee with their passport, visa, Emirates ID, labour card, insurance and driving licence dates, and one for company documents like the trade licence, establishment card, Ejari and vehicles. A third sheet explains it.
What do the colours mean?
A date turns amber inside 30 days and red once it has passed. It is already set up; you do not have to configure anything.
Can I move it into Madriat later?
Yes, and that is the point: the column names in the template are the ones Madriat reads, so the same file uploads without being rearranged.
Why give it away?
Because most UAE companies already keep a sheet like this. A better sheet is useful on its own — and the day it stops being enough, you know where we are.
