Reminders that get louder as the date gets closer

60 → 21 days Every third day A nudge to the person responsible, while there is still time to plan.
20 → 6 days Every morning One email at 07:00 Gulf time, holding everything due that day.
Last 5 days Three times a day 07:00, 12:00 and 17:00 — and it keeps going after expiry until it is renewed.
Last 10 days To everyone Escalates past the owner to the whole account, or the department manager.

Questions

What does Madriat track?

Every dated document a UAE establishment has to keep alive: Residence Visa, Emirates ID, Passport, Labour Card (MOHRE), Health Insurance, UAE Driving Licence, Trade Licence, Establishment Card, and more — 17 built-in types, plus any permit of your own you add.

How do the reminders work?

Nothing while a document has more than 60 days left. Then an email every third day, every morning from 20 days out, and three times a day in the last 5 days and once it has expired. Inside the last 10 days it goes to everyone on the account, not only the person responsible.

Can I bring in the spreadsheet we already use?

Yes. Upload the Excel or CSV file you keep today. Madriat shows you how it read each column before anything is saved, and only accepts dates it is certain of.

Who can see our records?

Only the people with a login to your establishment. Each company's records, people and scans are walled off from every other, and scans can only be downloaded by your own logins.

How much does it cost?

Starter AED 150 a month, Business AED 350 a month and Agency AED 750 a month. Priced by documents tracked, with unlimited users on every plan.

How do I get started?

Create an account — it is switched on after a quick check, usually within one working day — or press "See it working" to open a sample company right now. Questions: themahadyousaf@gmail.com.

Start before the next renewal date, not after it.
